With most people I meet and talk to, they always say the same thing over and over. They really dislike recruiting and in some cases they hate it. Hiring tends to be slow and inefficient.
Many of these people have used some of the most advanced recruiting tools on the market and yet they still complain.
Well, a shift is occurring in HR tech. The leader in this shift is VidCruiter. Many people have never heard of the phrase: automated hiring platforms or automated recruiting systems. This shift I discovered one day when talking to a client.
“Well you guys almost automate all of our recruiting process.”
This is when I realized that we were really onto something big. Everyone hires and we automate this process. The first idea I really had for the market was called: Applicant Hiring System Industry.

Many things are happening in the HR technology space and we at Vidcruiter are on a path to disrupt it even more. Looking at resumes will soon be a thing of the past.
How do we do this?
We start by asking the candidates questions through our user friendly applicant tracking system. Once qualified they will move on to a video interview option and then we finish it all off by automating the action of getting quality in depth reference done.
