Wellness programs are adopted into the overall benefits package. This helps employees steer clear of preventable diseases and help them manage their health better. This does not only help keep employees in good health, it also spares organizations from the high cost of medical care for their employees. Telecommuting is also becoming a very good way for companies to cut costs in maintaining offices around the country, and in many cases, around the world. Telecommuting allows people to work at home. This can often result to improved productivity and higher level of job satisfaction.
