How can you stand out as a company? How can you attract the best people in the industry and land employees that are a perfect fit in skills, attitude, and culture? 4. Clear out employment branding messages
Is the company active in promoting green living? Is the company involved in the community where it operates? Does it pay well? Does it have creative benefits package that is timely to the needs of employees? Is the company transparent enough on all its dealings? These might be trivial PR concerns for some but this can also be an extension of your employment branding. So be sure to cover for this one too.
