An HR employee can be considered as a high paying career in industrial and organizational fields, making it a profession sought by graduates, particularly those who are in the industrial-organizational psychology and management courses.
Something to keep in mind when hiring and staffing HR applicants is that these job seekers are most likely experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to employment selection. Therefore, a problem that the interviewer knows how to say what you want to hear during the interview process can occur.
So here are some tips on what to ask these HR applicants during interview to avoid positive self- presentation and bias.
-How do/did you hire people in the selection process?
-How do/did you let go of people who are/were not good for the job?
-Why have you chosen this profession?
-How will you tell an applicant with the employment assessments result of high hypochondriasis that he is not fit to work in your company?
-What will be the steps you will take if an employee sues the company for moral damages committed by a manager against the employee?
-What will you do when problems regarding compensation increase arise?
-How do you deal with trade union groups?
-How do you understand employee illumination?
-What program will you create to increase employee productivity?
-What are wellness programs and how do you make and implement them?
-What is your philosophy as an employee?
-What is your philosophy as the employment officer representative of a company?
-How can you convince the employees to join the programs that company has set for them?
These are just some questions that can be given to the HR applicant for his skills interview. If you noticed, there are no questions here that ask about his or her strengths and weaknesses since the applicant can answer you the way you want him to answer, and that might not be genuine enough.
