Personality Interview Questions
From a recruiter’s point of view, personality questions have many purposes such as to see whether the candidate will fit the company’s culture, his or her level of qualifications for the vacancy, his or her level of interest and how long this person plans on staying with the company.
Here are examples of good personality questions to be asked during your next interview that will ensure quality hiring:
-Were there any drastic situations of change that occurred in the office with any of your previous employments? How did you handle it?
-Give an example of a time when you had to take a risk.
-Explain the value of communication and interaction between departments in a company.
-Have you encountered any contingency in previous projects? How did you handle this?
-Have you ever gone beyond the call of duty?
-Do you typically need advance notice as far as deadline is concerned? Please elaborate your answer.
-What kind of decisions do you think are most difficult to handle?
-What is the most difficult work situation you have faced?
-What types of jobs do you find most difficult to handle?
-What do you do when you have a compressed deadline?
-What do you do when you’re having trouble on the job?
