1. The candidate is moved into the Turn BGC stage in VidCruiter’s workflow.
2. Consent is obtained from the candidate to perform a background check.         
3. When completed, you will receive a detailed report about the candidate.             
4. Candidates will automatically advance in the VidCruiter workflow based on results.
