Our video interviewing links are unique to the people who’ve received them. Our software prevents links from being used more than once at the same time, even by the same person. The URLs have a high-complexity so strangers cannot pop in when they’re not welcome. We balance ease of use with the highest security measures for a safe and user-friendly experience.
The Highest Level of Encryption
VidCruiter’s encryption algorithms are second to none. We use 256-bit FIPS 140-2 Validated encryption, one of the most secure encryption methods available. Video and voice traffic session encryption occurs regardless of your endpoint or session setup, and data is encrypted both while in transit and at rest.
FIPS 140-2 is the Federal Information Processing Standard, which is the standard for encryption required to reliably protect sensitive information for the United States and Canadian Governments.
Clients Own their Own Data
Our customers always own their data. VidCruiter would never sell or share it. We operate on the Principle of Least Privilege, so only those who need information have access to it. We remove access to all unauthorized users, and we completely wipe data when it’s no longer needed—up to government-level standard.
You have the option to export data anytime, and access IP address tracking. This means you’ll know everyone who’s accessed your data—internally and externally. The VidCruiter platform will show you who looked at what, when.

We host all our data on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) network, one of the most accredited data centers on the planet. It provides consistent data access and frequent data backups.

You’re unlikely to experience unexpected interruptions in work or hiring plans because our engineers rarely need to take the platform offline. When we do, we make every effort to notify our clients and coordinate efforts so it happens while your geographic region is least active online.
