VidCruiter GPTW

VidCruiter is proud to announce that we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® Canada.

Honest opinions from our valued employees were collected as part of an extensive, anonymous survey about workplace experience. Part of this survey asks employees to indicate the accuracy of the following key summary statement: “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.” 100% of our employees indicated that is “almost always true!”

How VidCruiter Scored on the Great Place to Work® Trust Index

The Great Place to Work® Trust Index measures the levels of trust in the workplace by focusing on five key dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work® Canada, says that a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues.

“Our data shows that great workplaces benefit from stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and better customer satisfaction than their peers,” says Fonseca. “What’s more, work environments with trust at the foundation are ripe for innovation, agility, resilience and efficiency.”

VidCruiter met every one of the Trust Index score and Culture Brief requirements. Our overall Trust Index© score is an impressive 97%
