VidCruiter has been honored by the Canadian Forces Liaison Council for supporting the Canadian Armed Forces - Reserve Force.
VidCruiter was announced as the winner of the CFLC’s award “Best Practices in Employer Support: Private Sector” at the ceremony held at the Government House in Fredericton, NB. The award recognizes outstanding support of reservists by private sector organizations. VidCruiter was nominated based on information provided by an employee, Remi Gaudet, who is also a Corporal in the 8th Canadian Hussars (Princess Louise’s).
Sean Fahey, founder, and CEO of VidCruiter, said the company has long been a supporter of the Reserve Force and being recognized for it is worth celebrating.
“This award is a great honor and I hope it encourages other companies in New Brunswick to hire and work with reservists,” Fahey said. “The Reserve Force is full of skilled, passionate men and women. Any company which chooses to support them will be benefiting themselves.”
The CFLC is a group of Canadian business leaders who volunteer their time promoting the Reserve Force and Canadian Armed Forces. They believe in the “Profitable Partnership” and the advantages employers and educators can gain by recognizing the training reservists undertake. Their objective is to raise awareness about how organizations can benefit from employing reservists. The Canadian Reserve Force allows citizens to combine their military role with a civilian career.
