VidCruiter and ADP are pleased to announce the new integration of VidCruiter’s video interview software with ADP’s Human Resource Management System Workforce Now.

After hiring a new employee, there’s a long process of inputting their information into your human resource management system so you can complete tasks such as payroll and attendance. Customers who use both ADP’s Workforce Now and VidCruiter’s products can avoid this step completely thanks to the new integration.

Once a hire is made and confirmed in the VidCruiter system, the basic information about the new employee such as their name, email, date of hire, and any other data about a candidate which could be used post-hire will be automatically sent to the Workforce Now system. Workforce Now will then create a profile for this new hire based on the information sent from the VidCruiter system.

Sean Fahey, CEO and founder of VidCruiter, said this integration agreement is important because it helps HR professionals reduce the number of administrative tasks they’re required to do, meaning they can spend more time on candidates and employees.

“At VidCruiter, we specialize in innovative, software-based recruitment solutions, and now data collected during the recruitment process can also be used after a person is hired,” Fahey said. “By integrating with Workforce Now, we’ve created a win-win situation for all recruiters and HR specialists who use both Workforce Now and VidCruiter because it allows them to focus on high-value projects, not time consuming to-dos.”
