As a result of this agreement, clients who use the iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS) and any of VidCruiter’s recruitment solutions can seamlessly transfer data between the two systems.
By integrating the two platforms, applicant data, job requisition data and hiring manager data within iCIMS’s ATS can now all automatically flow into VidCruiter. Anything the applicant does in VidCruiter auto-exports back into iCIMS, making it easy for recruiters to track progress throughout the hiring process.
