VidCruiter, a complete online recruitment solution specializing in video interviewing, is proud to have partnered with iCIMS, a market leader in applicant tracking systems, to streamline the hiring process. As a result of this agreement, clients who use the iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS) and any of VidCruiter’s recruitment solutions can seamlessly transfer data between the two systems.

By integrating the two platforms, applicant data, job requisition data and hiring manager data within iCIMS’s ATS can now all automatically flow into VidCruiter. Anything the applicant does in VidCruiter auto-exports back into iCIMS, making it easy for recruiters to track progress throughout the hiring process.

“This agreement is a win-win for both VidCruiter and iCIMS, but, most importantly, it’s a win for our clients,” says Sean Fahey, CEO of VidCruiter. “By partnering with iCIMS, our products become even more intuitive and user-friendly, so clients have a better day-to-day experience."

This exciting partnership eliminates manual data imports, saving hiring managers valuable time to focus on more important tasks.

“One of the reasons why clients love our software is because it makes their jobs easier through automation,” explains Fahey. “Providing a system that’s able to work with what our clients are already using for applicant tracking purposes is a huge benefit that not all video interviewing vendors can provide.”

VidCruiter has built both a standard integration and a few custom integrations to allow mutual clients of VidCruiter and iCIMS to have increased flexibility. Recruiters using both software now have access to all the information they need throughout the recruitment process—without having to manually transfer data.
