Andrew is a philosopher and postdoctoral fellow at the Rotman Institute of Philosophy whose research explores the intersections of technology, ethics, and epistemology. His work spans topics such as big data and public health ethics, AI in health care, and misinformation in social media, with a current focus on cognitive security in democratic societies. He has presented internationally, advised on AI ethics in Canada, the US, and the EU, and also brings experience from software development in both technical and leadership role
