Erika Sandoval is a Global Sr. Partner with the HCM Strategic Advisory Group at UKG and has spent over 15 years in the areas of human capital strategy, specifically in DEI, L&D, HR, organizational and professional development, and facilitation and consulting. Having lived and worked across the world, Erika has experience in leading and guiding strategic and cross-cultural initiatives that impact organizations in a global environment. Erika is multilingual and holds various DEI and training certificates. She received an MSc in Human Rights Law from the University of Birmingham in the UK.

Andrew Buzzell
PhD, Chief AI Officer at VidCruiter
Andrew is a philosopher and postdoctoral fellow at the Rotman Institute of Philosophy whose research explores the intersections of technology, ethics, and epistemology. His work spans topics such as big data and public health ethics, AI in health care, and misinformation in social media, with a current focus on cognitive security in democratic societies. He has presented internationally, advised on AI ethics in Canada, the US, and the EU, and also brings experience from software development in both technical and leadership role

Over the past 5 years, Zack has worked directly with hundreds of HR teams to tackle their recruitment needs.
