ADP Workforce Now Recruitment, coupled with VidCruiter Lite, is a new integration designed to streamline online recruitment. Interviews can be easily scheduled right within ADP Workforce Now Recruitment, and participants simply click on the secure, unique link within their invitation email to enter a private virtual interview room. What makes this a “lite” version of the full VidCruiter platform is that it’s strictly live video interviews, and some features have been scaled back to help people ease into video interviewing at scale.
